Octagon Receivers

Our Octagon Receivers are engineered to meet the rigorous demands of waste management and material handling. Built with high-quality materials and robust construction, these receivers offer durability and efficiency for various industrial and commercial applications.

Standard Construction:

  • Durable Floors: 3/16” floors, with length determined by capacity, for heavy-duty performance.
  • Sturdy Sides, Front, and Roof: 8 gauge sides, front, and roof provide exceptional strength and longevity.
  • Structural Support: 3”x5”x3/16” structural tubing used for back channel and roof supports.
  • Industrial Finish: Coated with industrial enamel primer and paint for long-lasting protection.
  • Ready to Use: Delivered fully assembled and ready for use, including caution/warning decals, D.O.T. reflective tape, and any customer-supplied decals.

Understructure:

  • Reinforced Channels: 3”H structural channel 18” on center, with full 3”H structural channel apron.
  • Solid Bullnose: 1⅜” thick solid bullnose inserted 2” into rails into 2”x6”x3/16” rails.
  • Rear Rollers: 8” Dia.x10”W with grease zerks and ½” thick wheel plate for easy maneuverability.

Doors:

  • Heavy-Duty Construction: Constructed with 12 gauge door sheet and frames of 3”x4”x3/16” tubing uprights and horizontal cross-members (No formed channel).
  • Durable Hinges: Extra heavy-duty door hinges with grease zerks. Each hinge assembly covers 1 linear foot of door surface.
  • Secure Latch System: Guide support latch side of door with door safety chain using a heavy-duty quick snap and ratchet latch system.
  • Optional Features: Sealed doors and sealed charge opening doors available upon request, as well as pinning tunnels and bars.

Hook Styles:

  • Cable Hook: 1¾” cable hook with ¾” thick plate and 4” Dia.x6”W front rollers with grease zerks and ½” thick support.
  • A-Frame Hook: 2”x6”x3/16” A-frame with 2½” Dia. pin/bar and ⅝” thick hook plates.
  • Deadlift Option Available
