Annual Toy Drive
Every Child Deserves a little holiday cheer.
The mission of the employee sponsored Poynette Iron Works Toy/Gift Drive is to collect new, unwrapped toys and items to distribute to less fortunate children of all ages in our area during the holiday season and send a message of hope to America’s less fortunate families. By completing the request form below, we will make every effort to fulfill all requests as listed. Please understand we cannot guarantee an exact match per request due to the donation process, but we will do our best. If you would like to participate, please complete the request form for your child/children and your personal contact information so we may reach out to you with any questions as well being able to notify you as to when the gifts will be ready to be received. You may list all children on one family form. Please note that your name and personal information will be kept confidential.
You may fill out the form below or download the form found here and return the request form by having your child drop the form off at the Poynette School office or by dropping it off in person at the Poynette Iron Works office, or by means of mail, fax, or scan & email. Request forms need to be received by Dec. 13 to allow time to match up the gifts to the request forms. Once this has been completed, Poynette Iron Works will contact you to notify you of the gifts being ready to be received during the period of Dec. 16 – 20.

19th Annual Toy/Gift Request Form
The employees of Poynette Iron Works are glad to once again be able to do their part to try and ensure all children in the community receive a toy or gift during the holiday season through our annual toy drive donation program. Please fill out the information request area at the bottom of this page with all pertinent information to assist us with trying find the best matched item per each child's request. Please understand we cannot guarantee an exact match per request due to the donation process but we will do our best. Upon completing the form, please submit it to our office located at 209 E. North St. Poynette, WI. or email chucks@poynetteironworks.com by December 13th.
